Akko has hosted Apostles Luke and Paul, Marco Polo, King Richard the Lionhearted, King Louis IX of France, Maimonides and Napoleon, among others. Tour its ancient walls, the Knights Hall and Templars Tunnel; the Hamam al-Basha (a Turkish bath) and the Underground Prisons Museum built over a Crusader fortress.
