Day 1: Out in the Field
9:00 am- Using the unique Overland vehicle we will spend the entire day with renowned chef on an “extreme” culinary adventure.
Day 2:Tel Aviv: Where the Ever Present Past is in the Future
9:00 am- We will tour Tel Aviv’s most bohemian and upbeat neighborhood with installation artist to learn about contemporary Israeli culture thorough the writing on the wall, graffiti, bumper stickers and even painted garbage bins.
11:30 am- Producer Liran Atzmor: “Trends in the Israeli film industry” at Beit Immanuel.
1:00 pm- Tasting tour (lunch) at the Carmel market.
3:00 pm- Meet the Artist: In their studio meet with artists each of whom works in different media and with different themes.
5:00 pm- Using Mayumana’s performance language.
8:00 pm- Dinner- HaBasta – "a tiny restaurant and wine bar, just a clutch of round tables on an alley just off Carmel Market.
Day 3: Condiments & Conquests
10:00 am- Tour the Spicy Way Herb & Spice Farm in Beit Lechem HaGlilit , a family farm that has been growing herbs and spices for over 50 years
12:00 pm- The Tunisian Synagogue in Akko is known as the Jariva and is the only one of its kind on the world.
1:00 pm- Lunch and Tour the Old City of Akko.
7:30 pm- 200-year old stone home with white walls, pointed arches and a courtyard overlooking the calm scenic hills of the Galilee and the Golan.
Day 4: Galilee cuisine
9:30 am- Ein Camunim: Tour of goat herd and cheese workshop.
Druze cooking workshop and lunch and Wine tasting.
7:30 pm- join the fun competition between a group of chefs! Every chef brings his/her imagination and rationale to the group, competing against the creativity of additional participants.
Day 5: Shaping a Shared Society – the Israeli Wa
9:00 am- Visit the Oforiya visitors center in the Hula National Park for a multisensory inter-continental experience centered on the bird migration from the cold lands of Europe to Israel.
4:00 pm- Meeting with faculty and students at the Polyphony Conservatory Polyphony builds hope for a shared future in Israel.
10:00 pm- Zappa Jerusalem in the Lab is a leading live music venue offering high-quality local and international music that appeals to a wide cross-section of the public.
Day 6: "Me’orav Yerushalmi-" (Jerusalem Mix)
9:00 am- we will join Middle East strategic intelligence analyst for an insider’s view of Israeli rule in the Old City.
10:30 am- “Tastes of Jerusalem” in the Old City.
7:00 pm- The “Anna” restaurant is located in a 150-year-old historic house with a modern museum infrastructure.
9:00 pm- Tour with chef Shmil Holland to discover Eastern European cuisine (Ashkenazi)….including the famous “Jerusalem Kugel”.
Day 7: Morning on own in Jerusalem
12:00 pm- Classical piano concert at the Eden-Tamir Music Center.
4:00 pm- Majda farewell meal.
